Teaching Style: using the physical body as a tool or metaphor to tap into “life” off of the mat. Whether igniting our Yang energies with creative and intentional vinyasas, or surrendering to our Yin passiveness with meditative holds and contemplative breathes, my sequences are aimed to bring yoga off of the mat, where I believe the true yoga actually begins.
