In this Workshop we will go over fundamentals that uncover your own unique way to handstand. From unconventional movements and more traditional yoga stretches needed to open the shoulders, lateral muscles (Lats) and the handstand muscle (serratus anterior). Techniques, drills, and unconventional movement patterns are what we will work on to take your handstand to another level, whether beginner or advanced. Bring a Pen and paper so that you can take what you have learned to your home practice. Students will leave with greater body awareness and understand of how they can each individually work towards improving or enhancing their handstand.
