Untangle Yourself – From this all levels class, we are going to dive deep into our bodies! Including but not limited to: Folds, Bends, Twists, balancing and even inversions.
Binds are a delicate process where you have to find the ‘happy center’ where you apply the right amount of force and effort to get into the pose.
Too much, and stress occurs, too little, and the pose will never happen. Because of this, we are working on specific techniques to calm the mind and body in order to unify them together as we twist and bind to create clarity in the mind.
There is no theory regarding detox or anything. Rather, it is more a class on mental and physical connection, overcoming stressors in the poses to unlock them, and MOVING in a healthy and dynamic way.
This class is designed to let go of your mind and find more clarity in breath, body, and spirit. Come join and see how your body/mind will untangle itself through the breath!
