This workshop goes over handstand and the different positions held in handstand. We will go over ways to unlock your inversion practise to make it stronger (think core and shoulder strenght and flexibility), techniques for the protection and prevention of injuries, and ways to open the body in an optimal way so that you can release your full physical potential in this pose. Bring an open heart, an open mind, and a towel to wipe off the sweat!
